Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If your item arrived damaged or is not of a high quality or standard you may return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A flat rate postage and handling fee of AU$2.00 applies to all postal orders within Australia for Greeting card orders of up to 4 cards.

 

A quote for postage and handling will be provided for postal orders outside of Australia.
